The announcement said that in response to the US and Israeli attacks on Iran's infrastructure, the Iranian military began attacking the German Siemens industrial software center located near Israel's Ben-Gurion Airport and the US Telephone & Telegraph Communications Center in Haifa, Israel, on the morning of the 31st. The announcement also said that the Siemens Industrial Software Center develops artificial intelligence and industrial automation technologies for the Israeli military to optimize weapon production lines and design military systems; the AT&T Communications Center develops advanced network technology, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence for the Israeli military.
