The “Action Plan” clearly states that by 2029, the tasks of upgrading old installations in the petrochemical industry already determined in 2025 will be fully completed, and a long-term working system for continuous renovation and upgrading will be established and improved. Focusing on these goals, the “Action Plan” proposes six tasks: carrying out rolling surveys and evaluations, formulating renewal and transformation plans, promoting quality upgrading, optimizing project management, doing a good job in acceptance management, and strengthening standards to lead support.
