Bar Harbor Bankshares (NYSE:BHB) board authorized the repurchase of up to 5% of the Company's outstanding common stock, representing approximately 837,000 shares as of March 31, 2026 under a share repurchase plan (the "Plan"). The Plan, which remains subject to regulatory approval, is authorized to last no longer than twelve months.
