XOMA Royalty, Oruka Therapeutics, Repay Holdings And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Monday

Shares of XOMA Royalty Corp (NASDAQ:XOMA) rose sharply during Monday's session.

Ligand Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:LGND) announced plans to acquire XOMA Royalty for $39.00 per share in cash.

XOMA Royalty shares jumped 10.8% to $42.01 on Monday.

• X-Energy (NASDAQ:XE) surged 12.5% to $32.84.
• Polibeli Group Ltd (NASDAQ:PLBL) surged 11.8% to $7.50.
• Sellas Life Sciences Group Inc (NASDAQ:SLS) gained 11.7% to $4.98.
• AnaptysBio Inc (NASDAQ:ANAB) rose 11.3% to $65.50.
• Evolent Health Inc (NYSE:EVH) surged 11.2% to $3.47. Evolent will release first quarter financial results on Thursday, May 7.
• iHeartMedia Inc (NASDAQ:IHRT) rose 10.3% to $5.98.
• Repay Holdings Corp (NASDAQ:RPAY) gained 10.3% to $4.04. Repay Holdings said it expects first-quarter revenue to be $80.5 million-$81 million.
• Jade Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ:JBIO) gained 9.9% to $27.46. HC Wainwright & Co. analyst Arthur He maintained Jade Biosciences with a Buy and raised the price target from $35 to $45.
• Beam Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:BEAM) jumped 8.9% to $29.53.
• Noble Corporation PLC (NYSE:NE) rose 8.8% to $54.00 after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly financial results.
• Uranium Energy Corp. (NYSE:UEC) gained 8.3% to $15.19.
• indie Semiconductor Inc (NASDAQ:INDI) rose 7.7% to $3.94.
• Nokia Oyj (NYSE:NOK) gained 7.4% to $11.22. Argus Research upgraded its rating on the stock from Hold to Buy and announced a $15 price target.
• Snap Inc (NYSE:SNAP) rose 6.3% to $6.02.
