It is 17.2 degrees north latitude and 130.6 degrees east longitude. The maximum wind near the center is level 10. The lowest air pressure at the center is 985 hundred Pa, and the radius of the magnitude 7 wind circle is 320 to 400 kilometers. It is expected that the “rose” will move northwest at a speed of 15 to 20 kilometers per hour, gradually increasing in intensity, and approaching the ocean east of Taiwan.
