Yeoh brothers lead Concrete Engineering

PETALING JAYA: Concrete Engineering Products Bhd has appointed Tan Sri Francis Yeoh as its executive chairman effective yesterday, following the resignation of Datin Sabrina Ainie, who was independent and non-executive chairperson.

At the same time, the group has appointed Francis’ brother Datuk Seri Yeoh Sock Siong as managing director (MD).

Francis also serves as the executive chairman of YTL Corp Bhd, YTL Power International Bhd, Malayan Cement Bhd and Pintar Projek Sdn Bhd, the latter of which is the manager of YTL Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust. All entities are listed on the Main Market.

Sock Siong, meanwhile, is MD of Malayan Cement, as well as executive director of YTL Corp and YTL Power International.

He also serves as MD of YTL Cement Bhd and NSL Ltd, which is listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.
