Silver Ridge unit scores RM11.39mil constructioncontract

KUALA LUMPUR: Silver Ridge Holdings Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Ingress Delta Construction Sdn Bhd has secured an RM11.39mil contract from Sunway Geotechnics (M) Sdn Bhd to provide sub-contract works for a multi-storey, park and ride (MPSR) and perimeter circulation road for the RTS link project, and to build a retail podium and mixed-use development in Bukit Chagar, Johor Bahru.

In a stock exchange filing, the group said the scope of works includes providing all necessary materials, labour, tools and equipment, plant and machinery for the project.

The sub-contract commenced on April 23, 2026, and is expected to be completed on April 30, 2027.
