Among them, there will be heavy rain in parts of central northern Fujian and south-central Zhejiang. The Minjiang River, the Oujiang River, the upper reaches of the Qiantang River, and coastal rivers will experience significant water rise. Numbered floods may occur in the Minjiang River and Oujiang River. Coastal tide level stations in Zhejiang and Fujian may generally exceed the warning, and the risk of flash floods in mountainous areas is high. According to the “Ministry of Water Resources's Flood and Drought Disaster Prevention Emergency Response Work Procedure”, the Ministry of Water Resources initiated flood prevention level IV emergency response for Zhejiang and Fujian provinces at 9:00 on July 10.
