The deal attracted participation from a number of top international sovereign funds, long-term funds, first-tier Chinese institutions and top multi-strategy funds, covering the Asia-Pacific, European and US markets. Among them, more than 20 long-term and sovereign funds, pre-IPO and cornerstone investors from many companies also further increased their shareholding positions in this transaction to express support for MiniMax's long-term development. According to the announcement, the company plans to use 80% of the net capital raised to continue strengthening AI infrastructure and model research and development.
