Avingtrans Seeks GBP21 Million from Share Sale

03:00 AM EDT, 07/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Avingtrans (AVG.L) said Friday it is aiming to raise 21 million pounds sterling from a conditional placement of 3,309,000 new ordinary shares at 6.30 pounds apiece. The shares will be offered via an accelerated bookbuild to be launched immediately, with results expected later in the day. The critical components manufacturer expects to net 19.9 million pounds from the share sale, which it intends to use for the development of a new facility in the US, acquisition of manufacturing equipment, workforce expansion, and general corporate expenditures.
