The company invested 31.35 million Saudi riyals through its wholly-owned subsidiary United Water Service Company to jointly establish a project company with Armada Holding Company, with a shareholding ratio of 55%. The project includes the restoration and upgrading of 9 sewage treatment plants, the construction of advanced sludge treatment facilities, and a full cycle of operation and maintenance for 15 years.
