Xuhui Holding Group (00884)'s contract sales in June were about 1.08 billion yuan, up 25.58% month-on-month

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Xuhui Holding Group (00884) announced that in June 2026, the group obtained (i) contract sales (contract sales with joint ventures and associated companies) amounting to approximately RMB 1.08 billion, an increase of 25.58% over the previous month; and a contract sales area of about 101,700 square meters, (ii) the average contract sales price of approximately RMB 112,000 per square meter; and (iii) the company's shareholders' equity accounts for the contract sales amount of approximately RMB 610 million, an increase of 29.79% over the previous month.

In January-June, the Group obtained (i) cumulative contract sales (contract sales with joint ventures and associated companies) of approximately RMB 5.02 billion and a contract sales area of approximately RMB 489,900 square meters; (ii) the average contract sales price of approximately RMB 11,200,000 per square meter; and (iii) the share of shareholders' equity in the contract sales amount of approximately RMB 2.72 billion.
