According to Zhitong Finance App, China Life Insurance (02628) announced that the company (as a limited partner) intends to enter into a partnership agreement with China Life Insurance (as a general partner) before December 31, 2026 to establish a partnership. The total amount of capital pledged by all partners of the partnership enterprise is RMB 5 billion, of which the Company has pledged capital of RMB 4.999 billion and China Life Insurance has pledged capital of RMB 1 million. China Life Capital will act as the manager of the partnership.
