SLP Invests SEK44 Million in Swedish Property; Lease Contract Extended

04:49 AM EDT, 07/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish Logistic Property (SLP-B.ST), d/b/a SLP, is investing 44 million kronor to convert and extend its 9,700 square-meter Glaskulan 19 logistics property in Linköping, Sweden. The project entails the addition of 500 square meters of mezzanine level and two extensions covering 2,084 square meters, according to a Friday release. The extensions will be finalized in two phases, with completion planned in June 2027 and April 2028, respectively. The Swedish property company will also extend the lease for the converted property with the current tenant, Hardford, by eight years. The extended lease offers an additional rental value of 2.9 million kronor annually and will expire on Dec. 31, 2037.
