In the second quarter, Huizhou Unit 1 and Cangnan Unit 1 were put into operation, and 3 annual material replacement overhauls and 2 10-year overhauls were completed. In the third quarter, it is planned to carry out 3 annual material replacement overhauls and 2 ten-year overhauls. In addition, the company will pay the 2025 final dividend of 0.086 yuan per share, which is expected to be paid on July 10; on June 30, it will complete the acquisition of 46% of CGN Cangnan Nuclear Power and 51% of CGN Cangnan Second Nuclear Power held by the controlling shareholder.
