Glacier Network announced that in the first half of 2026, net profit losses attributable to shareholders of listed companies are expected to be 18.5 million yuan to 26 million yuan, a year-on-year profit of 336 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 105.51%-107.74%; net profit loss after deducting non-recurring profit and loss of 49.2 million yuan to 56.7 million yuan, a year-on-year profit of 319 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 115.44%-117.80%. The main reasons for the change in performance: sales expenses increased significantly year-on-year due to large-scale market launch of the new SLG product “X-Clash”; recharge flow for mature game products declined, new game revenue growth was insufficient to offset the decline, and total revenue declined year-on-year. Non-recurring profit and loss is estimated at RMB 30.7 million during the reporting period, mainly financial income and government subsidies.
