Biyi Wei announced that the company plans to use its own capital of RMB 1 yuan to acquire 30% of the shares of Single Source Semiconductor held by Shenzhen Shanyuan Enterprise Management Center, the shareholder of Single Source Semiconductor, corresponding to the registered capital of RMB 300,000, and to assume the actual payment obligation of RMB 300,000 without having paid up part of the registered capital of 300,000 yuan due to the share acquisition.
