According to Zhitong Finance App, Xincheng Development (01030) announced that in June 2026, the Group achieved contract sales of approximately RMB 957 million, a year-on-year decrease of 35.9%, and a contract sales area of about 153,400 square meters.

The cumulative contract sales amount from January to June 2026 was approximately RMB 6.357 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 38.46%, and the cumulative sales area was about 1.024,800 square meters.

In June 2026, the Group had a total of 182 real estate rental properties, with a total construction area of about 16.786,400 square meters; rent revenue in June 2026 was approximately RMB 1,108 billion, and commercial operating income was approximately RMB 1,187 billion (i.e. rental income including tax).

From January to June 2026, the cumulative rental revenue was approximately RMB 6.636 billion, and the cumulative commercial operating income was approximately RMB 7.112 billion (i.e. rental income including tax).
