Hong Kong Stock Exchange (00388) appoints new members to the Listing Committee and Listing Review Committee

The Zhitong Finance App learned that on July 10, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (00388) announced arrangements for the appointment of new members of the Listing Committee and Listing Review Committee, which will take effect immediately. Committee members will continue to provide professional advice on matters relating to the listing to support the steady development of Hong Kong's capital market.

This year's listing nomination committee consists of three HKEx non-executive directors (Chairman Tang Ka-shing, Director Pak Lai-yan, and Director Kwok Pui Fong), as well as the Chairman of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, the Chief Executive Officer and one executive director (Chairman Wong Tin-yau, Chief Executive Officer Leung Fung-yee, and Executive Director Choi Fung-yee).

The Listing Committee has eight new members, including Shi Yuanzhi, Liu Fuqiang, Chen Jie, Wang Ting, Choi Chung Fai, Bai Sijia, Liang Sijie, and Liu Kecheng.

Fang Xiaoming, Ye Jinghua, Daniel Lee, Liu Guoxian, Zhai Pu, Guo Yanxin, Terence Keyes, and Zhu Wenwen resigned from the Listing Committee. The Exchange thanks the above retired members for their service to the Listing Committee during their tenure.

Wong Ka-sun continues to serve as Chairman of the Listing Committee. Lee Pui-hang continues to serve as Vice Chairman. Zheng Jianlong and Zhou Jien were appointed as vice-chairmen.

The Listing Review Committee has eight new members, including Matthew Emsley, Lai Chi-shing, Lau Chi-keung, Chow Kwok-min, Lung Chun-kwok, Chen Jue-chung, Yuen Ai-ying, and Lu Yan.

Xiang Anda, Leung Heung-ying, Lam Chu-li, Yeung Yat-chi, Zhou Yijing, Mark Schwille, Bai Sijia, Lau Kwok-shing, and Leung Si-kit resigned from the Listing Review Committee. The Exchange thanks the above retired members for their service in the Listing Review Committee during their tenure.

Liu Bowei, Wei Anping, and Yu Jiabao continued to serve as team members of the Listing Review Committee. Matthew Emsley was appointed as a panel member of the Listing Review Committee.
