The board of directors approved the nomination of Mr. Wang Yong as an independent non-executive director candidate on July 10, 2026. Mr. Wang Yong's proposed appointment will not take effect until the company's shareholders have reviewed and passed an ordinary resolution at the company's 2026 First Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

If Mr. Wang Yong is appointed as an independent non-executive director, he will also be appointed as the chairman of the Board Nomination Committee, a member of the Board Strategy Committee, and a member of the Board Remuneration and Assessment Committee.
