GSK's Antibody-drug Conjugate for Small-cell Lung Cancer Meets Primary Endpoint in Late-stage China Study

07:31 AM EDT, 07/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- GSK's (GSK.L) licensor Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group outlined positive results from the late-stage study of its antibody-drug conjugate risvutatug rezetecan, or Ris-Rez, in patients with advanced or relapsed small-cell lung cancer. The phase three trial, conducted in China, met its primary endpoint of overall survival and showed significant improvements in overall survival, compared with the standard of care, topotecan, according to a Friday release by the British drugmaker. No new safety issues were identified, and Hansoh will submit the results for regulatory approval in China.
