Jianye Real Estate (00832) obtained property contract sales of 3.755 billion yuan in the first half of the year, a year-on-year decrease of 15.5%

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jianye Real Estate (00832) announced that in June 2026, the group obtained property contract sales of RMB 839 million, a year-on-year decrease of 20.0%; the contract sales floor area was 124,232 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 22.4%; the average sales price per square meter was RMB 6,753, an increase of 3.1% over the previous year.

For the six months ended June 30, 2026, the Group had obtained total property contract sales of RMB 3.755 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 15.5%; the total contract sales area was 567,933 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 19.8%; and the average sales price per square meter was RMB 6,612, an increase of 5.3% over the previous year.
