Huake Smart Investment (01140) terminates share offering and placement agreement

Zhitong Finance App News, Huake Smart Investment (01140) announced that after considering the recent share price performance, and since the recent share price has remained below the subscription price of HK$0.110 per share, the company believes that: (i) the relevant performance may cause the acceptance level of shares to be less than ideal; and (ii) under relevant circumstances, placement agents will face significant difficulties in soliciting undertakers for unsubscribed shares. The board of directors announced that the company has decided to terminate the share offering. After the trading session on July 10, 2026, the company and the placement agent agreed to immediately terminate the placement agreement, and the parties' obligations under the placement agreement were immediately terminated and no longer in effect.
