In April 2026, the company agreed to start the Xiamen Zhenrong liquidation process. Recently, Xiamen Zhengrong and others signed the “Share Transfer Agreement”. After the share transfer, Da An Yun will directly hold 18.7575% of Yanshan Yulong's shares, and the company will directly hold 1.5% of the shares. Together, the two will hold 20.2575% of the shares.
