Huitao Group (08238) completed the issuance of HK$3.5 million convertible bonds

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Huitao Group (08238) announced that the preconditions for the subscription agreement have been met, and the issuance of convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HK$3.5 million has been completed on July 10, 2026. Based on the initial exchange price of HK$0.2 per share, the convertible bonds can be converted into 174.1824 million shares, which is equivalent to: (i) about 5% of the company's current issued share capital at the date of this announcement; and (ii) about 4.76% of the company's issued share capital expanded through the issuance of shares.
