Hantian Tiancheng (02726) applied for full circulation of H shares

According to Zhitong Finance App, Han Tiancheng (02726) announced that the Company has submitted an application (application) to the China Securities Regulatory Commission on July 10, 2026 to implement full circulation of H shares (full circulation of H shares) to convert the Company's 298,038,648 unlisted shares (unlisted shares), which is equivalent to about 70.03% of the total issued share capital of the Company on the date of this announcement, to be converted into overseas listed shares (H shares) of the Company listed on the Stock Exchange. The Company will also apply to the Stock Exchange for approval for the listing and trading (conversion and listing) of these H shares on the main board of the Stock Exchange.
