Lingyi Intelligent Manufacturing (002600.SZ) plans not to exceed 4 billion yuan to participate in Fortis Jiashan's restructuring investment to enter the field of optical fiber communication materials applications

Zhitong Finance App News, Lingyi Intelligent Manufacturing (002600.SZ) announced that the company plans to participate in the restructuring investment of Fortis Group (Jiashan) Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (“Fortis Jiashan”) through a holding subsidiary, and plans to obtain control and management rights for the restructuring assets and business related to Fortis Jiashan with an estimated total cost of restructuring not exceeding RMB 4 billion.

According to reports, Fortis Jiashan is the regional core optical communication business base of Fortis companies located in Jiashan, Zhejiang. The base covers an area of about 1,100 acres, and has built a main optical cable factory, an optical fiber factory, and a prefabricated rod factory. The company plans to enter the field of optical fiber communication materials applications through this restructuring investment, form a strategic synergy with the company's existing AI computing power business, and further enrich its business layout in the field of AI hardware.
