At 19:00 on July 10, the center of typhoon No. 9 “Bawei” was located on the ocean surface about 770 kilometers southeast of the border between Zhejiang and Fujian. It is expected to land on the night of the 11th along the coast from Wenling, Zhejiang to Xiapu, Fujian. It is expected that from the night of the 10th to the 12th, there will be torrential rain to heavy rain throughout the city of Lishui. Some torrential rain will be heavy, mostly accompanied by gusts of magnitude 8 to 11, and gusts of magnitude 11 to 13 in the middle and high mountains.
