According to the Zhitong Finance App, ALCO HOLDINGS (00328) announced that at 6:00 p.m. on July 3, 2026 (Friday) (the last time for placement agents to place shares), 126 million unsubscribed shares and unsold shares from unqualified shareholders were successfully placed at a price of HK$0.55 per share (equal to the subscription price) in accordance with the placement matters. As a result, there is no net proceeds under the placement to be distributed to non-acting shareholders and ineligible shareholders.
