According to Zhitong Finance App, Yaojie Ankang-B (02617) announced that the phase II clinical trial of the company's product TT-00973 tablets combined with vometinib mesylate to treat locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR-sensitive mutations was approved by the National Drug Administration (NMPA) on July 10, 2026.

This trial is a multicenter, open-label phase II study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of TT-00973 tablets combined with vormetinib mesylate in the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR-sensitive mutations.

TT-00973 is a novel AXL/FLT3 dual-target inhibitor independently developed by the company. AXL kinase is a key factor in cancer survival, metastasis, and drug resistance. Abnormal activation of AXL signaling is associated with poor prognosis of various cancers. TT-00973 can effectively interfere with AXL activation in tumor cells and has shown significant anti-tumor activity in preclinical models of AXL overexpression. As of December 31, 2025, the company has completed phase I clinical trials. TT-00973 is well tolerated, and clinical efficacy has been observed in some patients with solid tumors.

In May 2026, the company and Shanghai Alice Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. reached a clinical cooperation and drug supply agreement to jointly carry out a phase II study of TT-00973 tablets combined with vometinib mesylate to treat patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR-sensitive mutations, and will explore further cooperation opportunities for further phase III clinical trials of TT-00973 tablets and vometinib mesylate in combination with the results of this clinical trial.
