Recently, Dongyangyangyun Intelligent Computing, the holding subsidiary of the company, and Company C agreed on a friendly agreement to sign the “Computing Power Service Procurement Contract”, agreeing that Dongyangyun Intelligent Computing will be responsible for purchasing and deploying high-performance computing power servers. According to the technical indicators required by Company C, the equipment will be tested, fully tested and put on the shelves. After Company C completes the inspection, Dongyangyun Intelligent Computing will provide full-cycle operation and maintenance services, and deliver computing resources to Company C on a monthly basis. The estimated total amount of this contract ranges from RMB 13 billion to RMB 15 billion, and the contract period is 60 months after the order acceptance as agreed in the contract is approved.
