Meta outperformed the top seven US tech giants on Friday, after research firm SemiAnalysis published a report optimistic about its artificial intelligence computing power layout. SemiAnalysis wrote in the report: “Building a big model that is truly at the cutting edge of the world requires three elements: data, talent, and computing power. We believe Meta is the only hyperscale cloud service provider or emerging AI lab that is expected to reach the world's leading level in all three areas, so it is most promising to catch up with Anthropic and OpenAI.” Big seven tech giants: Meta rose 5.4%, Microsoft rose 0.6%, Amazon rose 0.2%, Tesla rose 0.3%, Nvidia rose 1%, Alphabet fell 0.9%, and Apple fell 0.5%.
