(ii) Dr. Ma Jie, Dr. Guan Jingzhi, Mr. Qiu Xiangping and Mr. Mei Yong were re-elected and appointed as non-executive director candidates for the 5th term of the Board of Directors;

(iii) Dr. Tian Yu and Dr. Peter Johannes Wijnandus Marie Bongaerts (Yang Bangka) were selected and appointed as non-executive director candidates for the 5th term of the Board of Directors;

(iv) Dr Lee Cheung-ai and Mr Tsang Hin-fan were re-elected and appointed as independent non-executive director candidates for the 5th term of the Board of Directors;

(v) Mr. Frank Franciscus Dorjee (Van der Yee) and Mr. Dai Yusi were selected and appointed as independent non-executive director candidates for the 5th term of the Board of Directors (collectively referred to as re-election or election and appointment of directors).
