12:01 PM EDT, 07/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AlphaValue/Baader Europe revised its rating on Renault (RNO.PA) as it noted that the French automaker's "Renaulution" strategic plan, which was launched in 2021, is largely completed. The research firm on Friday changed its opinion to add from buy, with a price target of 30 euros. Meanwhile, the estimated EPS for 2026 was lifted by 1.40% to 6.63 euros, while the 2027 forecast was reduced by 3.93% to 6.60 euros. "We have reduced our FY27 adjusted EBIT estimate from EUR3.2bn to EUR3.08bn, now implying an adjusted EBIT margin of around 5.0% (previously 5.3%). This reflects intensifying competitive pressure from Chinese OEMs, whose accelerating export push, driven by significant domestic overcapacity and slowing demand in their home market, is expected to weigh on Renault's volumes and profitability across all its key regions, including Europe, South America, Asia, and Africa," analysts said.
