Affected by typhoon “Bawe”, northern central Fujian and most parts of Zhejiang will experience torrential rain from July 11 to 12; rivers such as the Qiantang River, Cao'e River, Oujiang River, Yongjiang River, Jiaojiang River, and Minjiang River will experience significant water rise. Among them, major rivers such as the Qiantang River, Yongjiang River, and Jiaojiang River may experience major floods. Some small to medium rivers in the torrential rain zone may experience major floods. According to the “Ministry of Water Resources's Flood and Drought Disaster Prevention Emergency Response Work Procedure”, the Ministry of Water Resources upgraded emergency response to flood prevention in Zhejiang and Fujian to level III at 12:00 on July 11.
