Among them, the Lalin River may experience numbered floods. Some small to medium rivers in the torrential rain area may experience major flooding. According to the “Ministry of Water Resources's Flood and Drought Disaster Prevention Emergency Response Work Procedure”, the Ministry of Water Resources initiated a flood prevention level IV emergency response for Heilongjiang Province at 12:00 on July 11.
