Four departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued “Guiding Opinions on Promoting High-Quality Development of Internet Infrastructure Resources”. Among them, it is proposed that by 2030, the high-quality development of Internet infrastructure resources will achieve a systematic breakthrough, obtain a number of original iconic technological achievements, and form a series of leading technical standards. Internet infrastructure and infrastructure have evolved, and a new type of Internet infrastructure with efficient collaboration and intelligent interconnection has been built, and a number of new service networks have been built. The innovative development system for industry, academia, research and use of Internet basic resources continues to improve, supporting the rapid development of new Internet scenarios, new models, and new business formats. The efficient management and comprehensive security capabilities of Internet infrastructure resources have been significantly improved. By 2035, China will become an important source of innovation and a leader in the field of global Internet infrastructure, fully supporting the construction of a new type of Internet infrastructure with advanced architecture, global connectivity, high speed ubiquitous, secure and controllable.
