ICBC (01398) completed the issuance of 60 billion yuan capital bonds

According to the Zhitong Finance App, ICBC (01398) announced that with the approval of relevant regulators, the bank's 2026 Secondary Capital Bonds (Fourth Issue) (Bond Connect) have recently been issued in the national interbank bond market. The issuance scale of the current bond is RMB 60 billion. The type is a 10-year fixed interest rate bond, with conditional issuer redemption rights at the end of the 5th year, with a coupon interest rate of 1.88%.

After deducting the issuance fee, the funds raised in this issue will supplement the bank's secondary capital in accordance with applicable laws and the approval of the competent authorities.
