Therefore, JPMorgan Securities (Thailand) Limited ("the Issuer") would like to announce a change of Maturity Date of the derivative warrants ("DW") in accordance with clause 1.4 (e) of part 3 of Terms and Conditions of DW whereby the last trading day of underlying shares will be the Maturity Date of DW. To mitigate potential effect to the DW holders, the consideration was made by the Issuer to follow the Clause 7 of Part 2 of the Terms and Conditions. Thus, the Issuer would like to amend "Calculation Method for Cash Settlement Amount" to be the fair price which will be calculated by using Black Scholes Model multiply by Exercise Ratio per DW. Calculation Method for Cash Settlement Amount is the fair price which will be calculated by using Black Scholes Model multiply by Exercise Ratio per DW and having the closing price of BANPU in the SET on 13 July 2026 as Settlement Price. 2. Any Derivative Warrant (DW) will automatically be exercised if the Net Cash Settlement Amount on the Automatic Exercise Date is greater than zero (without notice being given to the Holders). The Issuer will pay to the Holders the Net Cash Settlement Amount (if any) with procedure defined in Terms and Condition.
