Hengrui Pharmaceutical (01276): HRS-7058 capsules were included in the list of breakthrough treatment varieties

Zhitong Finance App News, Hengrui Pharmaceutical (01276) announced that recently, the company's HRS-7058 capsules were included in the list of breakthrough treatment varieties by the Drug Evaluation Center of the State Drug Administration.

According to reports, HRS-7058 is a novel, efficient, and selective small-molecule covalent inhibitor intended to treat advanced solid tumors with KRAS G12C mutations. At the 2025 ESMO conference, the first phase I, multicenter, human study of HRS-7058 for advanced KRAS G12C mutant solid tumors was presented in the form of an oral report. The four cases of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) participants who have failed at least first-line systemic treatment in the group had a confirmed objective remission rate (ORR) of 75% and a disease control rate (DCR) of 100%. They have shown clinically significant efficacy in post-line treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer, and overall safety is controllable and well tolerated, which is expected to provide a new treatment option for patients with KRAS G12C mutant pancreatic cancer.
