Botai Auto Federation (02889) plans to implement a full circulation plan for H shares

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Botai Auto Federation (02889) issued an announcement. Based on the “Business Guidelines for Application for “Full Circulation” for Unlisted Shares in H Shares” and taking into account the intentions received by the company's shareholders, the company plans to convert 71.6978 million domestic shares of the company (accounting for about 44.31% of the total number of shares issued by the company on the date of this announcement) to implement full circulation of H shares.

As of the date of this announcement, the company has not submitted application documents to the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the full circulation of H shares. After obtaining all relevant approvals and/or filings (including the filing notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission and approval from the Stock Exchange) and complying with all applicable laws, regulations and rules, these domestic shares will be converted to H shares, and the company will apply for the listing and trading of such H shares on the main board of the Stock Exchange. According to the company's articles of association, the full circulation of H shares does not require further approval from the company's shareholders.
