A spokesman for Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the attack on Sana'a International Airport, saying the act clearly violates international law and the Charter of the United Nations and is a flagrant violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Yemeni nation. A Foreign Ministry spokesman said the attack was contrary to the parties' efforts to maintain peace and stability, as well as the 2022 cease-fire agreement and subsequent consensus to ease tension. He pointed out that provocative and dangerous acts such as attacking civilian airports and threatening the safety of civil airliners seriously violate international air law and are absolutely intolerable. Such reckless acts will disrupt the peaceful political process in Yemen and hinder all efforts by all parties to resolve the Yemeni issue peacefully.
