On July 13, at the request of the Jilin Provincial Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters, the State Defense Office, together with the State Administration of Food and Storage, urgently allocated more than 4,300 pieces of central flood control materials, including woven bags, laminated woven cloth, filament geotextiles, cage nets, and lighting equipment to support Jilin in flood control and rescue work.
