Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane Mulls Appeal to Court Ruling on Telecom Italia Dispute

11:59 PM EDT, 07/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane (INW.MI), d/b/a Inwit, said Monday it assessed the possibility of filing an appeal to the Court of Milan's dismissal of its request for interim measures in its legal dispute with Italian telecommunications group Telecom Italia (TIT.MI), d/b/a TIM. The tower infrastructure company acknowledged the court's decision and opinion that the disputed contractual clauses will be better examined in an ordinary trial. The legal dispute stems from TIM's cancellation of a master service agreement with Inwit. The latter clarified that the recent ruling did not validate the termination of the deal, in response to TIM's statement following the court decision.
