Quadrise Raises Further Funds via Retail Offer

The British energy group will issue 40,365,341 retail offer shares at 0.01 pound apiece, according to a same-day release. Quadrise noted that it collectively raised 1.6 million pounds through the retail offer and a previous share placing and subscription.
