Pulsar Helium Secures GBP19 Million from Share Sale

01:02 AM EDT, 07/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pulsar Helium (PLSR.L) raised 19 million pounds sterling from its offering of 25,393,329 shares, according to a Monday release. The helium exploration company secured 17.9 million pounds from the placement of 23,895,801 new common shares, 750,000 pounds from University Bancorp's subscription of 1,000,866 new common shares and 400,000 pounds from the sale to retail investors of 496,662 new common shares. Completion of the share sale remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
