Urban Construction Design (01599): Xia Xiujiang was elected as Chairman

Zhitong Finance App News, Urban Construction Design (01599) issued an announcement. Mr. Xia Xiujiang, the executive director of the Company, has been elected by the board of directors as the Chairman of the Company, effective from the date of this announcement.

The board of directors has appointed Mr. Xia Xiujiang as the chairman of the nomination committee, and has appointed Mr. Wang Guofeng and Mr. Tian Becheng as members of the nomination committee, effective from the date of this announcement.

The board of directors has also appointed Mr. Xia Xiujiang as the chairman of the Strategy and Investment Committee, and Mr. Zhang Pengchao and Mr. Wang Guofeng as members of the Strategy and Investment Committee, effective from the date of this announcement.

The Board of Directors meeting held on July 14, 2026 passed a relevant resolution recommending the appointment of Mr. Cai Yongli as a non-executive director of the Company. The appointment of Mr. Cai Yongli as a non-executive director is effective until the shareholders of the Company approve it by means of an ordinary resolution at the shareholders' meeting of the Company.

According to the guidelines and considering the intention received from shareholders of the Company to participate in the full circulation of H shares, on July 14, 2026, the board of directors considered and approved a proposal to convert 68.816 million domestic unlisted shares of the Company held by shareholders to H shares of the Company (full circulation of H shares) of the Company, accounting for about 5.10% of the total issued share capital of the Company on the date of this announcement.
