COSCO Group (03377) has a cumulative agreed sales volume of about 8.14 billion yuan in the first half of the year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Ocean Group (03377) announced that the Group, together with its joint ventures and associated companies, agreed sales volume for June 2026 was approximately RMB 1.74 billion; the agreed sales floor area was approximately RMB 171,800 square meters; and the average agreed sales price was approximately RMB 101,000 per square meter. From January 1 to June 30, 2026, the Group, together with its joint ventures and joint ventures, had a cumulative agreed sales volume of approximately RMB 8.14 billion; the cumulative agreed sales floor area was approximately RMB 676,200 square meters; and the cumulative agreed average sales price was approximately RMB 12,000 per square meter.

The Group, together with its joint ventures and associated companies, agreed sales for the contract construction project in June 2026 were approximately RMB 520 million; the agreed sales floor area was approximately RMB 352,000 square meters; the average agreed sales price was approximately RMB 14,800 per square meter. From January 1 to June 30, 2026, the cumulative agreed sales volume of the Group and its joint ventures for contract construction projects was approximately RMB 1.49 billion; the cumulative agreed floor area was approximately RMB 124,700 square meters; and the cumulative agreed average sales price was approximately RMB 11,900 per square meter.
