Yihe Shares (01703) transferred a total market value of HK$7.078 million, accounting for 6.86%, transferred 8.01 million shares from Yuanyuan Securities

The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Yihe Shares (01703) changed positions on July 14, with a total market value of HK$7.78 million, accounting for 6.86%. The company's shareholders transferred 9.02 million shares to Futu Securities International Hong Kong and 8.01 million shares from Yuanyuan Securities.

On June 30, Yihe Co., Ltd. announced its annual results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The group achieved a profit of HK$324 million, an increase of 42.18% over the previous year; profit attributable to the company's owners was HK$10.369 million, while a loss of HK$31.972 million was recorded in the same period last year; and a profit of HK0.9 cents per share.

According to the announcement, the increase in revenue was mainly due to an increase in the number of restaurants, and the group closed underperforming restaurants during the year.
