Recently, while continuing to rectify traffic violations involving road freight vehicles, the Beijing Public Security Traffic Management Department has comprehensively strengthened management at the source, and conducted interviews with industry authorities on 35 freight companies in Beijing that were “involved in illegal licensing” of registered trucks in the first half of this year in accordance with the law. Among them, trucks registered under the name of Beijing Binqi Jiaye Transportation Co., Ltd. have been investigated and punished with 49 cases of “licensing” offenses, Beijing Dexin Yaorui Logistics Co., Ltd. has been investigated and punished with 45 cases of “licensing” violations, and Beijing Daai Landscaping Co., Ltd. has been investigated and punished with 40 cases of “licensing” violations. The traffic management department's analysis revealed that there are four main types of “licensing” offenses involving vehicles of freight companies: failure to install in accordance with regulations, deliberate obstruction, intentional damage, and failure to hang in accordance with regulations.
